“ Just amazing!!! The food was mind blowing good. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the location on other reviews... the location makes it an adventure and it's 100% worth it!!! I live in Miami and will be making the 43min drive whenever I crave Peruvian. ”
“ Tacu Taku never disappoints! Service, food quality, and ambience is amazing! When we're not sure where to go, Tacu Taku is the place we end up every time! ”
“ This place is very cute, nicely decorated. the service was great. the server was very attentive and kind. the food was delicious and a great portion size as well. Definitely plan on coming back! ”
“ I was so happy to find this amazing food, it is literally a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines!! Tired of chain restaurants, the mom and pops are the best! You can see the love and dedication in every detail , from service , food and decor so cozy so far I tried ceviche ají amarillo , tiradito, scargot ,saltado, pescado macho, chaufa and I can't choose a favorite!! Oh and chirimoya dessert to die for! Homemade by the chef! ”
“ Peruvian food is one of my favorite cuisines, this place did not disappoint. First of all I have been on the search for a good ceviche, and this place really filled my void. The food came out hot, fresh, and authentic. Our server was kind and attentive. The location isn't exactly where you'd expect it to be, located in sort of like a commercial office/warehouse area, but that did not take away from the ambiance when you enter. Cute llamas on the walls and a herb wall. Will definitely be back. ”
“ Great spot hidden in a warehouse district in Pembroke Pines, almost like a secret space. Had the Pisco Sour, perfect foam also the Jalea fried seafood, not over fried, you could taste the fish within. I would go back! ”
“ Best Peruvian food in Broward. It is a small restaurant located in a warehouse area, but the quality of the food is outstanding. Miguel Cuadros is the owner and chef, and he is extremely talented. His menu includes not only many traditional Peruvian dishes, but also very creative and interesting new combinations. Everything I have tried so far has been spectacular: tuna tiradito in algarrobina sauce, vegetarian ceviche, beef in cilantro sauce (seco) with tacu-tacu, chicken saltado. The locale is nicely decorated and has 8 small tables inside and about 6 outside. Service is always friendly and fast. A truly gourmet experience. ”
“ Great Peruvian restaurant where chef Miguel will prepare a fantastic experience. The service is attentive and friendly. We had a party of 9 where we sampled a variety of menu items and everything tasted great. The ambience was casual and hip with good music. ”
“ It's a bit difficult to find because the maps send you to a location that takes you to the other warehouses but make sure you use Google maps or Waze. Those applications can pinpoint the location better than Apple Maps. At first, I thought this was a wrong location because it's in a warehouse but I love the idea that's it's a hole in the wall. The staff was very friendly. It's a family own restaurant and the chef which is the boss came to greet our table. They offered various recommendation and I love the fettuccine which is not pictured here because it was demolished before I can even snap a picture. We also ordered the chaufa, aji de gallina and chupe. You must try the chicha Morada!! ”
“ Tucked away in what I think is referred to as the Pembroke Pines "warehouse district" but I might have made that up. Regardless, it was a great find on a Saturday evening. There was one table left inside upon arrival and few tables outside. We were instantly greeted and seated. Here's what the table ordered: Drinks - Pisco sour with passion fruit, Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño Appetizers - Tequeños de lomo with huancaina dipping sauce (delicious!) -Yuca frita (they tasted a little freezer burned to me but were not terrible) with huancaina dipping sauce Entrees - Aji de gallina (10/10) - Lomo saltado (10/10. The steak was very tender and well seasoned) Dessert - Merengado de chirimoya (recommended by our waitress and DID NOT disappoint) Tacu Taku satisfied all the cravings I had that day. Their menu also offers a selection of causas and ceviche. ”
